How to take care of Skin in Summer?

We need to take utmost care of our skin during the summer season. We have to concentrate to remove the tan which is formed due to sun rays on our skin.

face packLet us see some tips which helps for protecting our skin from tanning:

  • Take 1/4th cup of lemon juice, rose water and paste from keera (Cucumber). Mix all the three ingredients and apply it on the areas of skin, neck and hands where you were tanned. Citric acid in the lemon juice removes the tan and cucumber and rose water acts as cooling agents.
  • Take green gram flour, multani mitti, honey and add these all to the orange paste. Apply this paste as a pack and when it dries, wash it off with cold water. This pack not only makes your skin free from tanning but also gives the cooling effect.
  • Add a table spoon of honey to 1/4th cup of lemon juice. Apply this on the dark regions of the skin. You can also add some sandal wood powder and apply it as a face pack. You can wash it after allowing to dry it for 30 minutes. If you repeat this pack frequently your skin will be free from tanning and also makes your face beautiful.
  • Soak oats in butter milk. To that add a spoon full of honey, almond oil and besan powder. Make a smooth paste with all these ingredients. Rub this on the dark areas of the skin and wash this with butter milk by rubbing smoothly. Then you can see your skin becoming bright.
